YES.

"So what?"

"(death) is everybody's destiny"

"I'm not a gravedigger"

Those were some of bozo's responses to the ever greater rising number of Covid19 deaths in Brazil that he himself helped to propel (we're now at 66,073 btw, with the real number likely being much higher).

As with everything that this guy does, there's always a big chance that he's full of shit. In this particular case, it would help him with push further his obsession with hydroxychloroquine as a miraculous cure and so everything should go back to normal.

Paranoia Agent. Highly recommended, it's a total mindf*ck. And available entirely on Youtube with a very good English dub.

The old "subvert expectations hurr" "challenge conventions durr" figleaf, on an apparent cross-medium epidemic of shit writers. It's gotten so predictable.

Image

cf Game of Thrones Season 8, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Terminator: Dark Fate, The Last Of Us Part II (above), more I'm sure. I'm only a moderate consumer of mainstream entertainment, and I've already seen reams of this banal shite.

Expectation and convention are guardrails. Constraints, which skilled artists can circumvent to good effect, and lessers breach at their peril. When Beardy Hack #358's totes thinky, very brave onanism on a dinnerplate is met with disgust, that's not artistic proof of virtue.

The Emperor's not only naked, he's jerking off in the popcorn.

Fitting that only a sound box office bitch-slap will cure these artless cunts of whatever farthuffing delusion is producing all this jizz-soiled popcorn.

Well no. Some of these pseuds are clearly enjoying themselves (cf TLOU2: The Real Painal Simulator). More realistically, will hopefully deny them the funding to continue doing so.

Reported for Communism (■`ω´■)

I regret your affliction comrade, tbh I didn't even look at the replies. :[ Wanted that prime example of a sophomoric neckbeard making a laughingstock of his IP, then whipping out the "uncouth plebes cannot see muh subversive genius" leaf with shocking predictability.

I should've just capped n' cropped as usual when haw-hawing at twit-twats. In fact, in a shameless act of Stalinist revisionism, that is what I shall do! 3;

Also, this is more Little Annoyed Hell, but related (assuming they exist - not always a safe bet in Wu World): uncouth cunts who can't blowtorch shitty films, tv, games etc without tossing their sperging cookies in hails of cartoonishly vile death/rape threats (vile by definition, you might say, and I'd agree - but "cartoonish" when you imagine any of this shit being said in the ol' meatspace - imagine the spraying cheeto dust and flapping hands...)

The modern auteur/artiste goes nowhere without their -ISM tactical suicide vest. It contains myriad explosive charges, any of which will puree the most insightful attacker into a pile of dogfood and free ammunition.

After comprehensively detailing why someone's work is a hunk of dog shit, a cathartic exercise for brain and spleen alike, do you seriously need to tell them ur gon smash there faec, raep there butt, etc? Or even that you hoep they dye of butt cansurr? Do you think this enhances your mean tweet?

...

Okay, you are a flapping sperg, I accept that you cannot help it. But do you at least realise that doing so will give them shit-tons of rhetorical ammo and quite possibly money, while insulating their shitty products from critique? Image

As I say, more LAH. Little indeed, it's as much amusement as irritant. Nice being able to sneer haughtily at the shitshow before using the internet for other, non-emetic things. Like HOBBIES, oh wow. Well, I'm gonna get back to this スーパー魂斗羅 2-ALL No Miss, it's an absolute motherfucker.

I truly enjoyed watching the rigid lore mongers squirm when this flick came out. I think it's a boner-fide classic just for the shear amount of nerd-rage that ensued. This is speaking openly as a SW fanatic.

I've no attachment to the franchise, beyond the light space/fantasy entertainment it always was, but I did watch and remember the previous trilogy, and so the Luke plot was a farce from beginning to end. Worse, it was the only plot thread of any volition in a sea of static beige, and it was extremely well-acted, at that. So I get why even relatively benign SW geeks would've gone mad with cognitive dissonance. It's like trying to enjoy TLOU2's gorgeous ruined Seattle, while ignoring the stink of vacuous smug radiating off the characters and story.

As for the hardcore lore nerds Image

Lenovo has announced a new "gaming" phone.

lmao

"Gaming phones" always make me smile. There's something delicious about watching obviously bad ideas fail spectacularly.

A moment of silence for the latest stillborn attempt to make a premium swipe the fruit machine. RIP We barely knew thee.

There are some seriously stupid boomers out there pumping cash into these things. I guess that's what happens when you have more money than brains.
