Frmaemeister Sync Mode Lag
Currently, I'm using an OSSC Framemeister combo, but if I want to run it through a capture card, I must turn the sync mode off, otherwise I won't get a picture a lot of the time. I read somewhere that turning it off adds 100ms of lag, is this true?

It thinks was something like 24ms with vsync vs. a little under 30 without vsync. Not a huge difference.
