How did I get the information? That should be obvious. I chained the Time Sleuth tester through a DAC, to the VSC 300, and to the TV.It's closer to one frame than a half a frame. 13 milliseconds if you must have the precise number.
Fudoh also gave a good estimate. If you feel the need to call it about half a frame, go right ahead. It's more than half and less than a full frame, so that's a fair estimate. Also, Fudoh didn't have an easily accessible lag tester available when that was written. (That makes his estimate even more impressive, because he identifed it was less than a full frame the hard way.)
