[Help] Acquisition of H and V Sync From an SCPH 7700X PS2

Post by Dante DMC »

Hi everyone I have a slim-line PlayStation 2 and I have been trying to c-sync mod it to disable SOG and find the H and V Sync signals from the the board So I can use it for VGA displays.
So my problem is that I can't find any datasheet for this DAC https://www.techrepublic.com/pictures/c ... m-case/55/ online nor I can find a service manual for the model that I have. So I need someone help me locating the pins that outputs these sync signals from the DAC chip.
I would really appreciate this.

What motherboard do you have? Here's the service manual for the SCPH7000X https://gamesx.com/wiki/lib/exe/fetch.p ... manual.pdf

I've added the points for HSYNC and VSYNC to Citrus3000psi CSYNC mod pic.

Your motherboard revision might have a different layout but the DAC should be the same pinout.
