Dreamcast Internal VGA Mod

So I'm going to do the VGA mod for the Dreamcast and I have all the components I need apart from the 150ohm and 4.7kohm resistors. Instead the closest values I have are 4.8kohm and 156ohm. Would the slight variance matter at all? I'm using this guide. http://www.mmmonkey.co.uk/dreamcast-internal-vga-mod/

Well I made the circuit and connected everything together but no signal from VGA. I'm not sure if I wired it correctly as when you flick the switch from VGA to RGB nothing works. No picture nout. I've ordered some new resistors that are the right values and I'm going to re build the circuit. I checked continuity from the DC motherboard to circuit, all good. Then I checked the vga connector to the circuit all good. Its just got to be something wrong with the damn circuit. Anyone done this mod before?
