All 195 officially made icons. This is the instructions I use for extracting the full size (256x256) pictures in Windows for avatars or whatever.

Keep an untouched copy of the rar somewhere so you can always have a complete set named how CAVE named them
Extract the file(s) you want to work with to the desktop
Rename extracted files to an English name so your PC can't get confused
Right click on it and choose Open with / Paint
Click File / Save as and use BMP at highest bit
Use Photoshop or Irfanview to crop and/or add back transparency and/or shrink to size needed with the best output (Lanzos filter option or whatever you want)
Save as PNG or if a forum won't accept PNG probably use GIF
