Well... this is sad. I really wouldn't mind so much if it didn't have a tentacle rape scene. That's pretty harsh.

I remember the Valis series. I have the three Genesis games and the one SNES game. Sure, Valis was pretty bad, but Valis III and Super Valis IV were fun. Syd of Valis was decent, but kinda weird with all the cutesy super deformed versions of the characters.

Anyway, it's a shame that Telenet would stoop to this with such a long running franchise. It'd be like Sega going hentai with the Sonic series, or making the next entry in the Shinobi series Titty Fucker: Condom of the Shinobi. You'd figure that the company who made/published the series would have a bit more class.

I guess this means a real Valis V isn't likely.

I'm one of two people total that don't mind seeing this, haha. Though I do feel sorry for the really big Valis fans, that does suck for them waiting 10 years for a new Valis game and they get hentai

You know, all the original folks are probably somewhere else by now after Telenet's "disappearance." Still not sure what to think of Valis X yet but I'm still looking forward to the game... Ironically, this game will probably have the best controls of the whole Valis series.

Developed by a group known as Eants, it's a brand-new chapter, featuring all the classic characters from the previous adventures seen on the Genesis, Turbo Grafx-16, and SNES.

and MSX and X68000 and PC88 ect.

The past Valis games have had some wonderful music (the mood in general is what kept me playing this stiff, flawed yet charming series), but I doubt we'll see any of that in Valis X. Either way, I'll definetly give this a shot.

There was no III on the snes, only Super Valis / Valis IV...

Valis III was on PCE & Mega Drive.

If they HAD to make Valis into porn at least they could try to make it GOOD porn. What I see on their website don't look too good. It looks generic and crummy, and all the girls have howitzer shells stuck to their chests. SIGH.

That's it. The 3D Valis-like game I was thinking about making will have to go forward.
