Wow. The story is far from over.

I'm not sure about the wisdom of adding to the development of this line of humour but here is some bacon for soprano1's sourdough bread https://youtu.be/rZywfwdTA2U?t=350 NSFW
Just short some bio-lettuce and tomato now, for a "Shmups-Farm BLT Supreme".

Is this the cure to gamergate? This could be the sammich that brings balance back to the force.

Apparently Markiplier loves shmups. I don't think I've ever seen a shmup on his channel aside from todays video, so that comes as a huge, yet pleasant, surprise!

Close! But the victim should be unconscious, Ronald! Wasn't expecting something quite so graphic from our heroic congressman. Also MORE OF THIS PLS  The droning he said/she said of late is so tiresome! But brazen, knowingly photographed sexual assault? ala Harvey Weinstein begging for pussy on tape like a grotesquely bloated 13y/o (pls cmon, just a little pls!), it's precisely the shot in the arm my second-favourite soap "VIRTUE PANTO" needs! :o

Classy. Image Forget multiple selectable regions like M2 was doing more than a decade ago - don't even bother getting the right one for the games' target market. Home market, even!

Learning that the Yamaha YM3812 is still being manufactured(I had no idea some of these fm chips were still being made). Now that is awesome, and warms my heart

EDIT : I wonder if the YM2612 is also still being made. I seecompanies producing quotes for bulk purchases, in adition to the several tens of thousands they have lying around. Can that just be new old stock? Same for the YM2608. I see more demand for the YM3812 though, with arcade machines restorations and AdLib and Soundblaster cards replacements.

Won't give the link because I don't want you to give them hits, but reliable Kotaku scribe Jason Schreier

Has written an article ranking the SNES Mini games from best to worst.

Must plays include Donkey Kong Country and Super Mario RPG. Games that "haven't aged well" and rank lowest on the list? Well, here's the direct copypasta. Enjoy!
These are the games you don’t really need to play in 2017.

21. Super Ghouls Ghosts

Best known as one of the more difficult games in the Super Nintendo’s lineup, Super Ghouls’n Ghosts wasn’t even fun when it launched. Now it’s just awful. Combine an unforgiving damage system with clunky controls (that double jump—uch) and you’ve got the worst video game on the SNES Classic.

20. Star Fox

What was once a revolutionary space shooter is today a mess of polygons, with a brutally choppy framerate making Star Fox damn near unplayable.

19. Star Fox 2

As incredible as it is to play a brand new, unreleased Super Nintendo game in 2017, Star Fox 2 suffers from many of the same problems as its predecessor. I found it tough to play, unfortunately. At least the music is really good.

18. Contra III: The Alien Wars

While it still feels good to jump and roll around as a super-soldier in Contra III, this is a very short, insubstantial game that makes up for its length by being completely unforgiving. If you’re willing to stick with it and use the SNES Classic’s rewind feature, though, you’ll be rewarded with some spectacles (and wild perspective shifts) that still look pretty cool.

Apply palm to face.

Sorry, I looked anyway.
" You probably have heard this before. "

Worth looking into for historical purposes, but if you want to play a racing game on your shiny new SNES Classic, you’ll want to go with F-Zero’s spiritual successor, Super Mario Kart.
Pahah.

I use archive.is when I want to point and laugh at idiots without giving them clicks. It really gets their backs up too!
this is a very short, insubstantial game
"BUHHH, ITS TOO SHORT"
that makes up for its length by being completely unforgiving.
"BUHHH, ITS TOO HARD"

Beautiful example of the classic scrub journo Catch-22. It's too short - if I credit feed like a bumbling ape! It's too hard - if I don't! Whatever could the solution to this patently insubstantial predicament be?! I know: give up and shill Depression Quest and Revolution 60. S-ranks all around, cheers!

Isn't this the cretin that got told to eat shit by Hideki Kamiya himself? EDIT: no, I'm wrong - that was a different mong, who was shilling an article by yet another. It's hard to keep track, many such cases. Image

Memory lane~

I had no idea Kamiya was this well versed in English. Seems to be a rarity for high profile Japanese developers

Turkish preacher blasts beardless men for causing indecent thoughts by resembling women
"For example, if you see a man with long hair from afar you may think he is a woman if he does not have a beard. Because nowadays women and men dress similarly. God forbid! You could be possessed by indecent thoughts,” he added.
