A while back a guy named Luminist put out a full analog synth remake of Metroid's OST.

Honestly my favorite video game fan creation, I think he did an absolutely amazing job. Just came to my attention that Luminist has been putting out analog synth remakes of Super Metroid tracks— one of the best soundtracks out there if you ask me, and he's once again doing great work!

Still not complete, so looking forward to the remaining tracks. Thought this would be something people here would appreciate if you haven't run across it yet.

I'm only a couple of seconds into the first track and am already hooked. This guy brings together two things I immensely enjoy and enhances both of them. It just works. Thanks for posting mate.

The 2016 Metroid uploads are really quite excellent. Have not listened to the Super Metriod ones yet. Strong remake. Obvious love of source material is plain to hear. Nice find, linko9.
