Senkoro 2 getting a 50% discount already? Meanwhile it took until now for DFK to get a 50% discount.

How are the *Zeal games? They look interesting, but I have a bit of a hard time telling what other games they play like just from videos.

I would say DeltaZeal is the easiest one to get into.

The Triangle Service Shmup Collection is an absolute steal at the sale price. Not sure what is the deal with the 20XX collection though, which has less games at a higher price.

I'm no expert by any sensible measure, and some of my impressions may be false due to lack of knowledge.
But concerning Deltazeal, there are a few.. shall we say: caveats.

Some enemies have collision hitboxes (meaning you die when you collide with them). Some people consider this bad form.
Levels have different routes triggered by various things, to an extend that almost feels procedural. Which is also considered bad, by some people (probably the same ones).
Scoring does not give you extends. A large incentive to getting into scoring in other shooters besides the obvious high score table fame is working towards extended plays. Deltazeal does not do it. Which some may consider to be bad.
Another thing is the enemies coming from behind. Ass shooting included (if my memory serves right). Some folks hold grudges against this.

What I do like about it is the presentation.

DeltaZeal also has bullets, which some may consider to be bad.

STG scholars have identified them as a major hindrance.

Well, the Steam winter sale is live, so most of the usual STG's will be on sale for various discounts.

.. and then you see stuff like:

Irrelevant price or not, makes you kind of wonder if you're still in the right genre.

You can get a game like Crimzon Clover for free by watching 3 queues a day and selling the cards you get. I've done this for years now and even though the sell price has gone down I still get a final amount at between €3-4 in the end.

There's a sales campaign on Nippon-Yasan at the moment which also includes Dariusburst CS for PS4 and Vita. It's bout ¥4.300 in the end including shipping. Not exactly a fantastic bargain but still cheap enough to post it here I thought. They don't seem to ship to the US for this campaign though since it's limited to a certain shipping method.

You can currently get a 20% off code for one transaction on NA PSN via live.playstation.com

Go there, log in with your profile, and watch a video for Far Cry 5 and the code should appear under “rewards”.

Caladrius Blaze is on sale for 7 bucks on Steam. Worth picking up? I'm sure the answer will be yes, but I'll throw it out there.

Yes indeed, you can count on my recommendation approved for this. Especially on the elemental shot system, and of course, the shame breaks, lol.

Looks like they are doing this as a "celebration". I wish they would "celebrate" by releasing more Cave games on Steam.

Good prices though for those that don't already have them. :)
