I'm on the quest for a non - coding shmup maker, I was able to make this with the "Shoot 'em up kit" made by Tall Studios. I was able to get this much done before the program maxed out (they're still working on it).
Anyways, check it out. especially if you're also on the quest for non-coding shmup programs.
The screenshots are really hard to make out - the blurry/washed out look to them suggests they were photographed as opposed to actually screenshotted. On Windows, you can take a full-screen screenshot natively by pressing the Print Screen button, then opening up an art program like Paint and pressing CTRL-V to paste in (this works for most games except some with weird display mechanics).
The best way to see it is with your computer. It's a safe download to one folder full of stuff and just runs (doesn't install), easy to throw the whole folder in the trash right after. -- really, I'm very curious to hear that it runs ok on other's computers. I've just tried it on mine.
Damn sorry about that!
I believe the program I used-- "Shoot 'em Up Kit" --has that planned for sometime in the future. As soon as I get a vid, I'll post something here. https://www.instagram.com/p/BOnZ9OWgWS8 ... idpayneful here's a brief instagram
