Scarlet Agony doujin cancelled?

This is the doujin that has been going on for awhile, since 2009 at least, they have been releasing trials of the game in different stages of production, the last released one was ver0.80a in 2015, however this year they have simply left this message:

I don't read japanese, what does it mean?

After upgrading to Windows 10, it (the game?) no longer runs, so development is on hold

Interesting title this one, been aware of it for several years.

Not played or investigated in depth, but the morbid aesthetic of a lovecraftian body horror apocalypse over-taking a sugary fantasy heaven wormed its way into my interest.

Curious if it'll ever be finished.
