As easy as roms are to find, you'd think no one would bother with the guy and just ignore his auction, or turn him in.

You severely underestimate human stupidity. It's real. While the launch price might've been what it was, there wasn't enough stock to go around so those who got one at launch could ask for any price for it and somebody would buy it. Same thing happened with PS2's launch.

Read the last line of this auction. Check the amount of bids. Weep.

Oh, and in the future, let's keep all these types of posts in our Official "This auction is scan-da-lous!"-thread.

Hhmm... How interesting. One could have easily fallen for that provided that the bidder hadn’t carefully read the auction details. But that wouldn't necessarily mean that the bidders are stupid! Just careless & anxious to get the damn console. Also, consider that this seller did have 100% feed-back, until he got his ass kicked!

Still, there must have been a few knoobs out of the 41 that bided.

So they were lucky in their stupidity that they actually lost the auction!

So feed-back doesn't mean jack-squat!

Though, I still think the previous one is fake imo.
