Sounds good, but what's the catch? Is my e-mail going to be bombarded with spam and my identity will be stolen?

I could always use a free pen drive.

I'll check it out when I get home.

I guess if I'm asked for my e-mail, then using my all-purpose spam receptacle help@microsoft.com won't be such a good idea...

Actually, you have to give your email address for confirmation.

I used my Hotmail address - I mean, it's not like they don't have that one already...

"Write your name down on the drive...THEN STRIKE A LINE THROUGH IT!!"

i.e. the first thing I'll be doing is scratching off that Microsoft logo

(I wonder how many of you will get the old movie reference...though it originally talks about a book, not a drive)

Thanks! I can always use an extra thumb-drive @ work (being a sys admin). I'm already on Microsoft's mailing lists, so this won't affect me!

Got one. I'll be using this to transfer files to my PS2 Media Player.
I'm guessing they must be 32 or 64 MB. Not even MS is kind enough to give away 128 MB ones.
Don't hold grudges. GET EVEN.

Funny, I've been trying for hours to access the page with no luck.

Up until I had the idea of trying it on Internet Explorer instead of Opera.

Bingo, it works :D

Thanx for the link :D

There's three links to uncheck. All this means is that now Microsoft has all your information, so if Microsoft ever finds this thread, we're all doomed.

:D

Sent in for the drive, thanks!

A 16MB pendrive? lol Wow. There's one giveaway I'm not too sad about missing out on. And to think I was dissatisfied with my lexar 128MB jumpdrive.
