I'm wondering if I could get a few recommendations for a nice looking but resource-light MAME frontend for 32-bit XP and 15KHz (240p) CRT with a vertical orientation. What are people using nowadays? I don't wanna run something with movies that play for each game, just a logo or screenshot.
As an aside, I'm using a Radeon HD4350 video card and it's performing rather well. Great low cost alternative to an AcadeVGA. Flashed the BIOS w/ Atom-15/ATIWinflash so that the boot screens are in 15Khz and CRT Emudriver for 240p gameplay.

EmulationStation seems to be quite popular, but I don't feel comfortable recommending anything libreto. LaunchBox, maybe?
And as someone who's never used a frontend... do you really need to have one?
