His kids will still be running the businesses, he'll still be in contact with his kids (whom he requested be given top secret clearance), his kids will still be able to use that insider information to tilt their investments, and he'll still have a potential conflict of interest between making a decision for the good of the country, or doing something that will enrich himself personally.
