Assetto Corsa
I'm getting pretty hype for this. I'll probably be picking this up for console. May pick up a wheel for it. But I keep reading about the G29 messing up. Anyone else here playing it?
Re: Assetto Corsa
I love the iRacing fans saying their highly accurate physics engine is better than the highly accurate physics engine of this game.
Hate aside, I recommend Rolling Start for all your racing needs.

Yeah, it's probably about the same thing. I've never tried iracing either. I bet the laser scanned courses do make a big difference. But Assetto Corsa has that also.KAI wrote:I love the iRacing fans saying their highly accurate physics engine is better than the highly accurate physics engine of this game.
Re: Assetto Corsa
I will probably pick it up as well (PS4 here), I don't know anything about G29 issues...but I can report back if it gives me any problems with my setup. Currently using a T300 base, TM28 wheel, TH8A shifter, and modded G27 pedals with an adapter (brake pedal has a load cell, and I designed a custom clutch pedal mechanism myself https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XiE9_FrWr-Y).
I've never played iRacing either, but it is all the rage! Maybe one day if I ever have a gaming PC again I'll give it a shot. Currently playing Project Cars on my PS4 and GT6 on my PS3.
