Well, it looks like an original 1943 Mark II PCB was just sold on eBay. I saw it a couple of hours ago and i thought it was a hack or some other crap but it seems to be the US KAI version of the game (I really hate myself for missing this one). I hope it will get dumped

Put it on yahoo auctions. Someone would have bid it up to $3000 - that would then be the 'going rate'.
Seriously though, I couldn't find any information about this PCB
