Who has ever thought the Area 88 dude represents any good character design? I know this kind of hairdo is fashionable these days (or is it not anymore yet again?), but it's always looked awkward in that manga to me.

Man, I love Moldiver. Long time no watch (think I still have my VHS somewhere). It's great!

Ah, nice to know that Moldiver is decent! This is a bonus
I knew nothing about it.

Well found then. A strange listing indeed, no Sega mention at all.

Sweet. I might just go the flash cart route with that game.

Pure SFC action gaming gold right there Image

TNWA and Wild Guns are justly renowned, but The Firemen is secretly one of the most badass topdown run and guns ever.

NWA is a great game, just a shame it's getting so expensive.

Firemen is a top game as well and still fairly reasonable for a SFC game... for now.

Someone has a well paid job!

That's pure SFC action game cream right there. The Firemen is a blast - literally.

Managed to get my Gradius 5 poster signed by Hidetaka Tenjin, the artist of the poster.
He's well known for his art used for Macross model kits etc.

Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

I was still kicking myself from not having picked this up two years ago when I could, then was offered another last year but had passed. Third time is the charm, I guess!

cool. I looked in to the JP version, Lickle, hoping it would be cheaper, but it's every bit as expensive.

edit: I checked ebay, it looks like JP version is much cheaper, but still extremely pricey.

One very good Famicom game, and one very hood Famicom game. Excited to finally have Gimmick, need to actually get good at it now; no more excuses :)

It isn't something I've just bought, but I'd say it's still awesome. I took this off the shelf for a Gradius birthday photo op recently:

Technically I haven't bought it just yet, but still... With luck, there will be a house here for us to move into sometime in November.

Unfortunately, I'll probably have to let go of most of my PCB collection to help fund the down payment and closing costs. Anyone want a Dodonpachi, Battle Bakraid or Raiden DX?
