Where did this thing come from? Looks like a variation of the RVR-01 with its wing binders more opened up, and more of the insides exposed...

Doujin creation, or official?

Looks like the RVR-02 Vambrance from that angle. A really nice CG work of art, I might add. Too bad it's not large enough to be used for desktop wallpapers larger than 800x600 pixels.

The 03 could mean the mass production model.

That looks like one of the album covers for one of the TF albums which I'm pretty sure SSH composed and he is a fan arranger.
