I just felt like we needed one of these threads :P

I'll start:

I just had a big plate of dumplings (Jiaozi, Gyoza, potstickers, that kind of dumpling), and MMMPH, that's MONEY RIGHT THERE

That crispy oily bronzed wonton skin, holding back that juicy pork cabbage filling, just waiting to be soaked in tangy vinegar soy sauce and that irresistible chili crisp oil, ugh FLAVORTOWN RIGHT THERE.
