Recca PCB pic?
Can anyone point me to a PCB pic of a legit Recca for Famicom?

Re: Recca PCB pic?
I don't have a picture of Recca's PCB, but its PCB type is called HVC-TLROM. The following website should give you the idea on how a legit TLROM should look like - http://bootgod.dyndns.org:7777/search.p ... =HVC-TLROM
The Mask ROMs shouldn't have any windows and the marking of the chips shouldn't start with 27Cxxx, 28Fxxx, 29Cxxx, 29Fxxx etc., as this is would indicate they were replaced with EPROMs, PROMs or flash memories. Hope this helps.

As a slight addition to that, they shouldn't have any windows, and any sort of tape or sticker on top of the ROM is a clue that there may be a window under the tape or sticker. The reason for the window is that EPROMs can be erased by exposing them to UV light, so after you've programmed them you want to cover up the window.
