RAIDEN 2 PCB Dipswitches??

Hello all,

I just bought a copy of Raiden 2 1993 Japanese version PCB and I can't find any physical dip switches on the PCB?
I have an Egret 2, so I hit the test switch to see if any would come up in a menu.
Alas nothing happened.
Any ideas on how I can make this happen?

They're small but present. Labeled SW1 and SW2. Near-ish the JAMMA edge.
