Downloading PS2 Savefiles from PC to PS2b

Does anyone know how to download a PS2 savefile from gamefaqs to to your normal memory card?

I know you need a link up cable but what about sotware for file conversion, is it simply downloaded in the right format straight plug in and play?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
