New user, first post - so I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question, or has already been answered repeatedly...
Back in the day, our family had a Super Nintendo. I recently acquired my own (my younger brother has the original). I've been playing my old games on my high-definition flat screen - but, as you know, it looks terrible. It's fine for stuff like rpg's - but for things like Axelay, where the fuzz and static interfere with being able to see the enemy projectiles.
Now I know that, for better picture quality, I need an RGB SCART to HDMI converter - and, of course, the cable to go along with it. My issue is, said cable comes in two variations: composite video + sync, and CSYNC (composite sync/pure sync).
The latter option costs more - meaning, I assume, that it's better - but I'd hate to order it, only to find out that it won't work with my converter.
Will I encounter any difficulty, or should it work just fine?

Re: RGB SCART to HDMI converter cable question:
In general, c-sync is better because there's less interference from the video signal on the same cable. However, different equipment typically handles one or the other better. I would suggest the c-sync cable, but without knowing which equipment we're talking about, it's impossible to say which will work better.

On Amazon, it's "Optimal Shop Scart + HDMI to HDMI Converter HD 720P/1080P Video Converter Color Black"
I'm probably just being paranoid - but the cables are coming from overseas, and it would be a huge hassle/expense for me to have to ship them back for exchange...

Those things are cheap, but have massive lag. Most people would probably recommend the XRGB Mini Framemeister, but it costs $300-400.
Cable-wise, you'll want one of the cables from https://www.retrogamingcables.co.uk/ but it's worth noting that the framemeister uses JP-21 rather than SCART (they look identical but are wired differently), unless you get the SCART-to-minidin adapter for the framemeister.

if you're handy with a soldering iron, you can rewire the JP-21 adapter to SCART
