Hey all, my friend asked me if I knew what game this was, it's obviously a shmup, and I usually know most of the games, but I actually forgot the name of this one.
From what he said, apparently it has a grappling hook and you could get the powers from them. I think I said Einhander before, but he said it wasn't because he played it in an arcade.
Anyone know which game this is, or can let me know which there are, because I really can't recall which one it is myself.

I thought so too, but he said it was a vertical shooter... And anime looking like twinbee.
