My nes rgb is acting up. Every single moving sprite or object in every game causes waves to move through the picture. I know it's not my equipment or cables I've tested the same cables with my snes and xrgb and it's not happening. when nothing is moving on the screen everything looks great as soon as I move or enemies move or there is something in the background moving water or whatever the picture gets wavy and the waves go through the whole picture horizontal to whatever is moving. I did my best to capture it in the video but my phone can barely pick it up. You can see it best in the video in the scrolling text but my phone doesn't do it justice it's bad and it makes the gameplay almost unplayable it's so distracting. Every single thing that moves causes it's own distortion.
in new caps and 7805 I'm using an original power supply I don't know if my nesrgb has the latest firmware and I'm seeing this via xrgb to my flatscreen. I don't know how to upload a video to the forum so if someone would share that with me I'll upload it.

Re: Nes rgb issues
Look like a problem with the power supply.
Did you replace the cap inside of the rf parts ?
It is know to fail over time and i have seen the wave problem on composite signal.
Could you check if the composite output has the same issue ?

I actually don't have standard av cables anymore. All my systems are either rgb, s-video, or hdmi. I did try it with my monster s-video cable that I use with my n64 and it still has the same problem. It is less noticeable but I think it's just because the quality with s-video is not as good it's not as sharp so it's not as pronounced but it's still there.

Re: Nes rgb issues
Was it working ok previously or is this a new installation?
