Blackbird,

if you're looking for interesting games to bring to Steam, check out Battle Traverse. A demo is available for free. It's not quite clear to me how one could even get the game in the West. Not even Rancor has it available at his shop. I think it looks very, very good.

I was actually just wondering about this game; even after several Google searches I couldn't find any sites selling it.

Not that overseas shipping is possible, but

http://www.3-get.com/index.php?main_pag ... ts_id=3395

The game looks pretty good, but I wonder if it's even legal to distribute something that looks so similar to some of Cave's games on a commercial platform.

It's absolutely crazy that this game does not have a digital release. (Battle Traverse)

Yeah, I've been hearing a lot of good buzz about it. I'll have to check it out on the next Twitch stream.

Hey Blackbird, have you considered gifting a copy of xiizeal to Mark from Classic Game Room?
I'm sure he'll love it and give you guys a bit more publicity!

This guy apparently loves every game he reviews. I can't take him seriously at all anymore.

Yeah, Mark is basically mad enthusiasm with a very casual perspective all the time. To be honest, I don't mind the idea of a reviewer who only reviews games he really likes, but I'd like to get some actual insight into the games. I can't buy em all, you know.

No, he's reviewed some trash but tries to find a few positives and has a bit of fun with it. I'm sure XIIStag will go down well.

BIL's little "review" posts are more an example of what I'd like to see. Looks for the positive, but generally tries to be genuinely insightful and tell you why you should be playing x game instead of every other game. Most of Mark's reviews just felt the same to me after a while, and didn't tell me anything that I couldn't have learned by just checking a wikipedia page on them. He's got a fun personality and presentation in his videos, but I stopped tuning in after a while.

Still major props for repping the games he does, though.

Slowbeef would probably appreciate a copy.

Apparently Slowbeef convinced Totalbiscuit to take a look at Crimzon Clover world ignition (Total Biscuit enjoyed it and recommended it as well), so giving a copy to Slowbeef may also result in a Totalbiscuit review video as well.

Had a lot of requests to sample the CC AST when it came out. Makes sense to hear music before you decide if you want to buy it, right =P? Anyway, we've got a soundcloud set up now so you can preview and enjoy our BGM. Unless we figure out an even better sampling method, we'll probably add more BGM for soundtracks going forward, as well.

Think you'll like what's coming up, so I hope to see you there!

It's obvious that it is Trizeal, the other half of Shooting Love 200X.

You're confusing shooting love 200x and shooting love 10th anniversary.

200x contains trizeal, exzeal, shmup skill test, and minus zero,

10th anniversary contains xiizeal and deltazeal.

I would guess that Degica is getting ready to release deltazeal, which I'm excited for!

Video's not up yet (only audio) and I already know it's DeltaZeal. Nice work at completing the SL 10th Anniversary PC release, you've earned two sales.

I'm gonna guess that if you'll be continuing these further, Trizeal Remix will be next. I will be more willing to consider purchasing it separately, as it was originally released standalone. Already own it twice though, lol.

Lots of people guessed this one =).

Announcing DeltaZeal for PC!

ImageImage
ImageImage

Launch is expected in October, with a price similar to XIIZeal (12 USD or less).

Early testing on the beta version feels very similar to XIIZeal PC, and we've incorporated a lot of the improvements that have been made in XIIZeal's development so far (addition of shareable replays). I feel like this is going to be a solid port as well. Please look forward to it!

If you missed the live preview, I've highlighted a recording here: http://www.twitch.tv/degigames/c/6949622
