Here's to my third ever 1CC. Strangely enough, I only started to play two days ago and didn't expect to finish it so soon. In case the moderator would like to update the records, please add the following:

standard - normal - azmun - 6,096,780 - ALL - super famicom cart running on original console and no farming

As a side not, it's interesting this game has more in common with Gunhed than Musha Aleste, even though the former is not officially part of the same series. Got a bit nostalgic using weapon 2 (laser beams) and collecting those blinking orbs which grant you ability to start same spot whenever you die. There were few other subtle homages to Gunhed and I really appreciated it. :P

I've already posted this in the 1CC thread but I'll add it here too since I finally completed a wild mode no death run: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJVNw-zIFzo

pegboy - 5,433,680 - ALL - Standard game on Wild mode, No Deaths (US SNES/US Cart)

The game is quite a bit more challenging/exciting on this mode I think. Too bad most of the weapons other than Power shot are pretty much useless due to all the suicide bullets. Still, this is one of my new favorite games.

Short - Normal
Dawn111 - 1,586,110 - ALL - Snes9x GX (played on Wii)

I love this game so much. I'll post my standard score soon.

How exactly is the US version easier, what are you basing this on?

The Japanese version seemed noticeably harder when I compared them forever ago.

Thanks for the info. For any game, I generally assume anything not marked is the more common version.

Well. Now I'm frustrated. Can't seem to find any differences between versions anymore. With that gone, the thread looks slightly better, at least until someone tries to play BS Super Aleste.

If I was wrong again and there really are version differences, please post a video. This is driving me crazy.

Also I'm kinda sorta considering doing a no-restart table thing after all. Maybe as a separate thread. I'm also considering getting rid of Short Game, for some reason.

I just... wish Compile was less braindead. Damn.
