Slightly OT: Bay area arcades
Slightly OT: Bay area arcades
Hi, I'm living in SF, and was wondering if anyone on this board knew of any arcade I might have missed. I've been to both area Scandias, a Nickle City off the 85 freeway, the Rack N Cue, Bearcade, and Riptide over near the water. Are there any others? Maybe something with nifty imports?

This may be a bit outdated, but has details for Bonkers and a few others.

I listed places that has at least one shooter at arcadelocators, but most of the info is about a year old.
Here's a few:
-SF State student union(Rack N Cue) - Strikers 1999, RF 2
-Escapade - Right by the Emeryville food market, off 80 by Powell exit - Raiden II, Strikers 1945 Plus.
-Roundtable Pizza off Juniperro Serra, next to Target - Strikers 1945 Plus.
-Riptide only has Strikers 1945 Plus, but it's still only 25 cents even though it's smack in the middle of Pier 39.
-Sony Metreon - Dimahoo
Great Entertainer is at Bryant between 7th/8th Street, by the Hall of Justice.
I have to check out USF one of these days and see if they have an arcade.
I've never been to Bonkers either, have to check that out also. The arcade in Chinatown, on Broadway near all the strip clubs closed a while back. I've only been inside once. It's like a Dragon Ball convention in there with all the dyed hair.
