My first PCB (assuming we're not including MVS carts in this discussion) was Progear No Arashi which I sold 6 months later.

 Well, I'm trying my best here.

I can't remember which one was first. All that I know now is that I got way too many...
I guess the very first one(s) must be the two PCBs that came in with my cabs before I started hoarding... So this would be Gunbird 2 and Xmen Vs SF...

Stargate by Williams. Still have the cabinet and still largely suck at the game.

My first PCB was technically a Street Fighter II': CE (via my first arcade cab), but the guy also threw in his small collection of other boards which included NBA Jam, Double Dragon II, and Mortal Kombat with the Kombo/Turbo Ninja ROM.

Was it an issue of Videogames? I remember i still have an issue at home which has an article about shoot em ups. And thats exactly where i first saw Truxton 2 and i was blown away.
Since 2012 i can finally play that game on my candy CAB. That´s like 15 years after i first saw that screenshot. Time flies... 8)
