It is absolutely not supply-constrained. You can search for the game, and will get two results: the regular Japanese release and the Asia one. You can even click on the cover image with the SOLD letters, which will lead you to this page:
http://www.play-asia.com/caladrius-blaz ... -8fbr.html
Note the words "In stock, usually ships within 24hrs." This means that they only sold part of their stock (!) for that very cheap price. That kind of business practice is illegal in some countries, but probably not in HK and the US. ;P

I think what's meant is that they set aside a certain contingent of their stock for this deal and that amount of games probably sold faster then they estimated. Which imo is no surprise if you take into account the really low price and the fact that the limit, if you even want to call it that, was 15 copies per customer (seriously wtf). Would not surprise me, if we're going to see a lot of asian versions on ebay in the near future…

Um, yeah, sorry. I think I totally missed the second part of your post, were you wrote exactly that. Even though I quoted it. XD

I was able to grab a copy before the price changed back, but a couple of my friends weren't able to get on it in time. =/ Kinda a shitty move by Play-Asia to only put part of their stock on sale (and the 15 copy limit, just begging for resellers to jump on it).

Steel Empire on the 3DS is on sale for 15.99. I actually got it for 5.99 because I used these points I earned for buying eshop games on the wii u. It's a great remake of a classic game.

Ha, I was just going to post that Akai Katana was at a good price on Amazon (10.78), but this is slightly better. Unless you want the physical disc, but if you do:

Borderliner, but there's a brand new copy of Shin Contra for a tenner here. Korean version, which is basically the NTSCJ version in English. Nabbed a copy myself, good seller. edit: sold, hope it goes to a good home!
