I don't know, but I did make some individual stage replays (the first 5 stages). They are here or might still be here (in lesser quality).
No bosses in the vids, just stage chains and I could've done better (especially stage 3). But they total about 5.28m exp, which is also about what I had in my best game so far. Basically the same thing, except stage 2 would be broken into 2 chains, stage 3 would be better and there'd be a few hundred thousand exp from bosses and the second stage 4 chain (large ship portion).

Died at the 2. Form of the Stage 5-Boss.. never really practiced it. My main target is to beat Plasmos 1,09 trillion run, then we will see. I don't think that I will ever reach 2 trillion, but what have I said when I played Ikaruga? "I will stop playing when I reach 20 million!" =)
PS: Wtf? Stage 2 without breaking the combo? How high is it then? 1700? Looks really hard to chain through all stage 2, but today I even get a 650-combo untill the point where no exp-ships are on the screen, never got that before and after yet^^

Yeah, that's what it should be about (1700), but I only managed 1400-1500. Botched the ending, the middle could use some refinement to get more out of the "bullet sprinkler."
Broken into 2 I manage 1 at maybe 650 and a second at maybe 1200. The loss in adding the two together is mainly in the center, since not having to worry about quickly grabbing a cube you can just absorb to the very end of the meter.

How do you kill the 'sprinkler'? I throw a lot of the bullets at the building on my right when my GHB is near its end. It may be not the best method, I don't know.
I practiced the Stage 6-Boss a few minutes ago... is there any way to do a no-death-run through Mars Matrix? The "rose"-boss seems impossible to me, even if I know by heart how I shall do him.

I shoot the bullets back at the sprinkler itself, though I'm not sure if I lose any potential cubes in the process. I was just thinking about that.
Rose pattern is the worst. I figure I'll die there at least once every time. I just try my best to time the mosquito through the worst of the pattern, but quick enough to activate the next go around at the same time.

But surprisingly I died only once at the rose pattern! The whole game actually surprises me. It is much easier than you would think after you've seen the third or even the forth stage.

1. I did just get another clear (only the 2nd, shame), but it was 100 billion less. I died 3 times on level 5, reducing the exp by maybe 1 million (finished 5.3m).
2. I had another game with 5.9m exp but didn't make it out of level 5 (!!) and the score isn't even on my top 20.
