Wall mount or pedestal for 50" TV
Hello everyone, I live in Brasil and I have a 50" plasma screen where I do all my shmupping. =P
I have looked everywhere for places that sell wall mounts and tv pedestals, for one that turns so i can tate my tv, but no one seems to sell one of these around here.
Does anyone know anywhere in the world where I could try buying one?
I'd import, or pay someone to buy it and send to me.
My tv weights 43,5kg with the stand, it should be around 40kg without the stand...
Thanks a lot in advance to anyone who's able to help me.

I use one of their smaller mounts for my 32" tv in my cabinet and it's excellent.

Thanks!
That looks awesome, and the price is great too. They don't ship to Brasil though, I'll look a bit more for other options that might ship here before I go bother someone to buy it for me =P
Again,thanks for your help!

Where can one see where they ship to? If I add 1 to the cart and choose checkout, I get Sweden seleceted etc, but it doesn't affect the price for shipping at all. Did you get yours from the online store, phrenzee?

They actually have a distributor in Denmark - Domesticus - who were kind enough to let me pay an arm and a leg (DKK 530,-) for one of their Medium Flush Wall mounts.

I searched ebay, and found nothing that turns the screen for heavy screens..
Jesus christ, why it's so hard to find something like that?

Did you try sending an email? The shipping info says that you should call them if ordering from outside the continental US. It's worth a shotlmagus wrote:They don't ship to Brasil though

Yes I did, their response was:
"Hello,
Thank you for your interest in our products, unfortunately we only ship with in the US and Canada.
Best regards,"

awesome! Can you say a few words about the wall mount ? How's the rotating mechanism ? Solid impression ? Does it "snap in" at 0 and 90° ? Can you rotate both ways ?

Re: Wall mount or pedestal for 50" TV
The wall mount feels very solid. I installed it myself.
I only needed the help of a friend to raise the tv and attach it to the stand..
It doesn't snap in, and you can rotate both ways.. it does a 360.
The tricky part when setting it up was measuring the center of the tv to the center of the mount, so it wouldn't rotate by itself.
Then I had to figure out where the screws in the tv would pass by when you rotate, so they wouldn't touch the screws attached to the wall mount...
Took me about 2 hours.
I'm very pleased =)

I can only congratulate you on that setup. It looks awesome. Too bad my GF doesn't want to hang our 42" on the wall...

Re: Wall mount or pedestal for 50" TV
Four years later I've upgraded my tv. It's now a 60" that weighs half what the old one did.

A friend of mine tried to buy this recently but their ebay store no longer ships to Brasil.
I wonder if there's anywhere else one can order a Moview stand.
