Scart Cable Dreamcast Help...;-)
guys ... need some help with the Dreamcast SCART cable ... already got 2 models and both exhibit this problem ... was wondering if there's something wrong with the cable ... I'm using two dreamcast USA NTSC noticed ... the resistor that came on it is 750 ohms ... which I think should be 560 ohms following scheme changed ... and still the same problem ... I appreciate any help and I'm sorry my english
