in Europe Schenker basically offers the same machines. Same manufacturer, just differently branded. You're probably looking at a Schenker XMG Pro as an equivalent to the above one.

a pair of AKG 240's which sound find but they're cheap and uncomfortable.
I had to sell my old sennheisers a while back but now i'm eyeballing a new pair of cans:

HiFiMan HE-300's
Sennheiser HD-598
Beyerdynamic DT-990-Pro-250

Didn't know Jean Giraud was known in the US.
Maybe because of the Silver Surfer miniseries ?

My Superlux is a close replica of that. Indeed, the damn thing felt like a vise on my head, and it pinched right on my jugular! So I let my nephew have it, and went back to my old supercheap Philips HL140: acceptable sound, and very comfortable. Now I'm looking for a decent cheap Bluetooth set to go with my phone, and the Nia Q7 looks interesting...

probably so, a lot of people probably recognize him from Heavy Metal (myself) or Silver Surfer but may not know *who* he is.
it blew my mind when I discovered how many projects he worked on and/or influenced (Panzer Dragoon, Nausicaa, etc).
Arzach is entirely in French. not that it really matters, there's hardly any dialogue. I need to find a copy of Airtight Garage in English, but
i'll have the buy all 4 comics individually. :x

I know the Superlux you're talking about. I gave mine away as well. sounded great but holy shit they were uncomfortable.

Awesome! I'm familiar with moebius' artwork more than the writer himself. Enki Bilal is another that I think more people should know about.

iPhone cases and universal battery backup unit... JPN MD themed!

Not just a corny image on the backside, but a fully contoured and textured MD! Comes with a nifty screen protector too.

Don't make to much of this. I paid to have a dubplate as I play ONLY vinyl in my DJ sets.

Ah... right. Nihad Tule is an excellent Swedish Techno DJ/Producer who only releases on vinyl.
