Gus, I'm back.

This run, dodging in first part of 2-5 was totally unexpected and ruined my plans, I almost smashed my head into the screen when I bombed off that 1up. It's just about 200,000 to go to break my own record! TEARS OF GRIEF T__T

But whatever, I'll get it next time.

Oh yes, MrMonkeyMan, I watched your impressive replay on XBLive, the first loop is very practical, and a good example for those players who are trying to switch their style from surviving to scoring. So I wish to share your video uploaded at Youtube with Chinese Ketsui players, if you think this is okay to you, let me know.( No, we can't directly access Youtube in China here because of the Great Firewall, so we'll have to port the video to Chinese stream content providers after your permission. )

Again, great job on clearing this game. That's what I always dreamed of.

I know this is sort of random and I don't know much about Ketsui, but after I was done playing Aquapazza for the day at Hey! Arcade in Akihabara I went down to floor 2 and watched some dude 1cc both loops of this game as what looked like some part of his daily ritual.
I don't know if it technically counts cause he suicided his ship on purpose on the last hit of the 2nd loop final boss so he could have full lives right before he fought the crazy secret bullshit boss afterwards; then he beat it and left without entering his initials.

That's what I always do when I want a better fight with DOOM. Damn I can't save up 3 ship stock crushing 2-5 boss.

If you lose your last life on Doom, the game ends instantly. So they can get more practice in on the fight if they have the 2 spare lives than if they enter it on their last.

They're doing it on the same credit; they don't get MORE lives on Doom, they get LESS.

What sibladeko wanted to say is, that they actually don't do it on the same credit. At least his pic shows a "1" as the last digit. And then it suddenly makes sense.

Suicidng your last life before you even get to the final boss is pretty far from "technically counts" but that must have been the meaning. Makes sense if you want a better chance to practice the fight.

241mil first loop. Lost about 5mil in 1-5. 2-4 died twice, 2-5 got fucked up and ended at the last attack of DOOM.

This is not a good run, but at least I break my previous record which was 4 months ago.
