And I hear ya about the age thing; I'm not even 30 yet, but with a lot of the newer members even I feel old.

I got a big gift certificate for the liquor store from one of my vendors so I'm looking forward to grabbing a 12 pack of my beloved Sapporo king cans and polishing off 3 or 4 of them tonight.

The greatest thing with the Sapporo king cans is each can is like 2 bottles of beer, and because the can is like 1/2 inch thick(not really) it stays cold FOREVER! Even if you like to hold onto your beer.

The shame of it all though is the fact that I'm so used to pounding those back now, when I actually have to drink normal bottles it's like 2 swats and I'm done.

My advice on two different situations:

-"I want to enjoy the night longer" situation: Hold in there! Drink water, or mix the drink with a non-alcoholic liquor. You can do it!

Buzzing decent off of Russian Standard vodka, Sailor Jerry's Spiced Navy Rum, and some truly atrocious home-made wine given to me by my carpool from work.

I'm prepared for tomorrow night (New Year's) though! Got:

Russian Standard vodka (half a fifth left)
Sailor Jerry's Spiced Navy Rum (half a fifth left....mmmm 92 proof)
pint of Fireball Whiskey
2 rather large bottles of Chimay 7% Belgian Trappist monk beer (earthy!)
Patron Reposado (half a fifth left....will barely touch it tho...too spendy)

Its quite different. I wish those people were just ashamed of themseleves. The problem is that those peoeple (the guys I called "friends") are just dumb as fuck. When they see a person they dont know, they judge it badly and think thery're absolutely right, because they got their fuckin a-levels.
