Yeah, but this is drawn by whoever did the art for Devil Survivor, so that makes it extra special in some excusable way. They also seem to be showing this using the extra space on a 16:9 screen, so... props to them, I guess? At least we get some gameplay screenshots. I'd like to see how dense that patterns are towards the end of the game, though. I've been preferring less bullet diarrhea craziness as of late.

The wording makes it sound like they're in the process of licensing it in at least one region. They specifically mention "America" and "Europe" in the sentence regarding compatibility, but then specifically mention "North America" in the next sentence regarding any possible overseas versions (with no mention of Europe).

Nice catch Cuilan. One other thing to note is that they use the Japanese word for "when"　際 instead of "if"　場合, which makes it sound like more of a question of timing than whether it will happen or not.

I would personally expect UFO to pick this up, especially given their long history publishing Moss' titles. EU might be SOL though given that Raiden IV never got a release over there AFAIK.

Fully agree. Muchi Muchi Pork, Bullet Soul, even Chronoblast and Triggerheart Exelica are getting more embarrassing to play in a house with a wife and daughters. Caladrius also has a really seedy feature where you rip the clothes of the loli bosses/players according to damage. So without sidebar removal I'll be steering clear...

I wonder if this will have an equivalent effect of the song Last Message in Beatmania IIDX. You'll be playing as normal, until suddenly in the music video section there's a few seconds of a girl bending over for a cleavage shot, and then instant c-c-c-combo breaker!

Just think of it as adding a bit of extra challenge right before defeating a boss.

I wouldn't mind it if the characters just dressed skimpily but you didn't forcibly blast their clothes off. Humiliating and disrobing people against their will strikes me as a bit... questionable to the say the least. Would not fap.

That being said I would still play.
