For info, this firmware is
the one I got installed by default.
So I tried with HDMI output, in 1080p_60.
Both in HDMI and
D output, I have black borders at
the top and bottom
of the screens. I reminds me
of a 50Hz Mega Drive in 1990
If it can help
the diagnostic, here is
the "Status" info I get when using
the D output :
720x576iPCM
1024x768pVLOCK
and with HDMI :
720x480iPCM
1920x1080pVLOCK
I am not sure it is correct as
the ratio
of the XRGB-Mini menus is not good (larger than high)
Another point : it seems
the configuration is shared between
the HDMI and
D output. So any change in HDMI affects
the D, and vice versa. Isn't there a way
to save some profiles, one for each output or one for each system connected
to the XRGB-Mini ?
The results I managed
to get using
the D ouput is now quite good (minus
the borders), so I am a bit afraid
to touch anything
Is it supposed
to be significantly better using HDMI ?
PS : saw that
the wiki has been updated with
the suggested config for PS2, good if it can help others !
