To go "full-Plank" - colloquial - To experience disproportionate levels of frustration as a result of resistance to completing a task. Those who go "full-Plank" very rarely recover.
Well if 1.5 arrives to PAL its pretty damn captain obvious that Black Label DLC will aswell...
Also October?
Sucks that during the holidays when you have time to put out alot of time into video games there are barely any release but, when you are supposed to be working or studying you bet your ass there is tons of great stuff out... but perhaps summer gets a DeathSmiles 2 GoD as a appetiser.

Certainly.
I'd imagine that given that these games are viewed as being rather light on content by the mainstream, RSG probably go looking for shooters where they can combine standard and BL releases in order to pad-out the disc.

I encourage all you guys to give 1.5 a solid try for score + 2-ALL and not to immediately write it off for being 'easy' - it's definitely a grower. I'm convinced it's far superior to any of the other modes, and I know I'm not the only one.
Damn, you know the only games I have for my NTSC-J 360 are DaiFukkatsu and Black Label...
But yeah, they are great games and this is good news if it's true. I wasn't blown away by 1.5 at first but after playing for score a bit I've warmed to it. Black Label and the DOJ and Ketsui style arrange modes are all a blast too. I still wouldn't say no to Akai Katana, though.

That would be one epic package if they also decided to include all 3 arrange modes, as well as the BL Novice (which could be left out I suppose)
EDIT: This would of course be great. We'll have to wait and see I guess. I'm just never sure about rumours like this. I'll believe it when I see it (I hope I do!).
here's hoping we get it at all. i'm pissed off that the only ways i can play most of these cave games at all is via piracy when i would be happy to put down the money to buy legitimately if it were released here (as i did with deathsmiles upon hearing it would get released here and with guwange as soon as i saw it on the XBLA). and while yes there is the import method, i don't have the kind of money to spend on a second 360, let alone a jap 360 and most of the stuff i'd love to have.
It's about "realizing their actuality." And judging by the look on Jane's face, she's realized it a couple of times already.
While I do want to play BL over 1.5 it would be great if RSG made the other modes available to us, either on disk or as a 800 - 1200msp DLC, or even better a seperate release.
Hopefully RSG can make an anoucement as to what STGs they have lined up for us. I hope DS2X and Red Katana come our way.
I just hope they suggest an MSRP this time.
The Deathsmiles prices went crazy. I payed 40€ for my copy,
normal retail price in the UK was 20 GBP as far as i know.
If you're gonna market that game as a budget title, at least make
sure that the customer doesn't end up paying full retail prices.
Sumez wrote:Why DID you pay €40 for it? As far as I know it's still available at a budget price everywhere.
Not in most retail outlets. Wherever i looked (again, _retail_) I wouldn't find it cheaper.
I didn't feel like waiting for an online ordered copy and I also bought the last copy the store had
so they would have to reorder more copies (and they did!).
I only bought it to show support, since I had the Japanese version anyways.

There's no way on this earth that any of the other modes will be released as a seperate retail release outside Japan. It'll either all be on 1 disc or 1 disc + DLC.
