hi guys here this is my shmup mostly inspired by giga wing and Raiden fighters I hope some of you wouldn't mind taking a moment to try it.

now keep in mind i am learning as I go so the first level is probably the worst and alot of the sprites are place holders that I plan on replacing.

also alot of people have complained that the enemys soak up way too much damage this was intentional I wanted the player to rely on the special weapon but since alot of people didn't like that i will change it in the next update.

Looks cool. The gigawing influence can be readily seen in the ship designs.

You don't have to remove it. What I would do is to give the player the option of increase the damage they can receive before going down. Think of it as the "Handicap" option in the Versus mode of console ports of fighting games like Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter II for instance. Handicap adjustments could also work for achievement progression.
