I made a small turn based shmup with couple of friends for yearly seven day roguelike challenge.
It was interesting to change otherwise pretty fast paced genre to turn based form. We chose to make the game in euroshmup style as we thought their design language converts better to roguelike world with ship upgrades and more focus on stages. It would be interesting to make a similiar take on bullet hells some day, maybe next year.
