As far as skating goes they are OK. Just gotta stop when they tell you too.

I got arrested for taking pics of the KOF XI loke test though!
I never skated while i was over there.. thought the cops would be too harsh..

haha! you got arrested for taking pics of an arcade machine?? did they just escort you out or take you to the police station??

and how do you get away with reentering the country so much? surely they'd cotton on quickly to that scam?

There's no scam really. There is an agreement between my country (Greece) and Japan which allows me to visit Japan as many times as I wish without a visa as long as I stay for less than 90 days.

Most EU countries have similar bilateral agreements with Japan, as well as the US and Canada.

As for the KOF arrest, I will explain everything soon (with pics) on the website in my sig.

I'll be in Tokyo in the middle of Sept., but only for 8 days. :(
(I think it was from 14th to 22nd or something like this  )

Maybe you could show me some good arcades or shops in Akibahara, icy.
But for me every shop there will be like heaven! :D

I am also looking forward to go to the Tokyo Game Show and other things...

I once read there is something like a Cosplay place, you ever heard of that or know where this could be. I'll have to see it with my own eyes.
And don't be afraid, I'm no cosplayer. I just think its funny... ^^

Besides how is KoF XI? I hope I'll get a chance to play it there. (But I guess I can't.)
I think since Playmore started to create the KoF series it's not that good like the old times. Esspecially 'cause they always use the old sprites.

It's quite a sight indeed. Usually on Saturdays and Sundays, outside of Harajuku station in Tokyo, they all dressed up in Gothic clothing, among other costumes.

Something which SNK would NEVER have done back in the good old days.

Heck, something which EVERY maker of 2D fighting games wouldn't have done, in ANY era, for that matter...

You are right about that Bullet Magnet, keeping the old sprites is a common desease in all fighting games.

But what I meant is that they have kept the KoF sprites tooo long now, there are no other sprites which were used that often. Not to mention that SVC or NGBC use the same sprites.

I just think it is time to renew KoF once and for all. I hoped when Playmore was creating the new titles for the Atomiswave, they might reanimate some of the old charas and add some new characters and start a complete new game with gameplay changes and stuff. To give KoF an amazing rebirth like they did with Garou -Mark of the Wolves-.

The KoFs just keep coming, but with KoF XI they now don't have to bring a new KoF every year. So for newer episodes they have more time to make more changes.
