Hello everybody,

Full Tilt Ice Cream in Ballard, Seattle, WA is an awesome place. They've got pinball, ice cream, beer, and arcade games but currently there are NO SHMUPS. There used to be, but currently there isn't a shmup installed in any of the 3 candy cabs.

Despite there being no shmups currently, anyone who is around Seattle should check out Full Tilt in Ballard whenever they get a chance.

This is definitely the place to hit up if you're looking to play some shmups. A few of us Seattle players consistently make it down there every Tuesday; people usually start showing up later in the evening, around 7 or 8pm. We're always interested in meeting new people, so come on by if you can!

I don't normally make it out to these even though I live here (full time work and school is a bitch) but when you out-of-towners come by it'd be cool to meetup! wnka and I have candy cabs too, I'm down host a meet or chill at my place after FT closes and whatnot.

Totally, we should schedule bigger meets too since I know that Tuesdays don't work for everybody. NTSC-J, keep us posted on when you'll be in town and we can figure something out. I'd be down to host something or lend PCBs.

If we get some kind of larger meet planned then I'll definitely make sure I have some free time to show up!

EDIT: No. No, nobody has SDOJ at the moment. We've had Muchi Pork a couple times in the past, but I'm not sure if it's still available.

Drag. Figured I'd ask since those are the only two shooters I'm playing at the moment and it'd be fun to be able to practice while on my trip. No biggie!

NTSC-J, when are you going to be in town?

I lend boards to FT but I don't have either of those. I do have the Pork 360 port and have my 360 hooked up to my Astro, which is a pretty good approximation. EPS21 has a similar setup, so we could have a meet at someone's place. It's a been a while since we've done that...

From August 2nd until the 16th. I'm not sure I'll make it out there on a Tuesday, but I'll keep you guys posted.

Good meetup last night folks, nice to meet you NTSC-J and we also had two virtually simultaneous 1CCs, EPS21 1CC'd Mushi Maniac and RNGmaster 1CC'd Progear. Good stuff!

I was in Seattle for a few days (didn't get in intime for a Tuesday meet) but I ended up going to full tilt 3 times. Awesome place. I love the NAC's, never played on one before, and it was my first time playing Progear, so that was nice too.

Also, the Blue Moon does in fact taste like breakfast cereal/childhood/Smurfs.

It's a shame we didn't get to meet you, but I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed yourself!
