I was looking at the SLG-280, and it seems decent, but I thought I'd ask some more knowledgeable people.
I want to use it on my PS4 Pro, and any added input delay is a no-go. Anyone have any experience with this, or could recommend something else?
Any good scanline generators for HDMI?

The OSSC is by far the best scanline generator available. If you convert the PS4 output to component or vga you can use an OSSC with it and have full control over the scanlines.

That SLG-280 looks jank. What does vsync do? Why are there RGB level adjusters for an HDMI signal? I doubt it passes through HDR from the PS4 Pro properly.
I would wait for the RetroTink 4K at this point.
