Problem between Neo Geo MVS and Retrotink 2x SCART

Hello everyone. I am trying to connect a Neo Geo MV-1C to a Retrotink 2x SCART scaler. The problem is that when I turn it on, the image becomes dark, as if the scaler is blocked or saturated. I have been researching and I think that the RGB signals of the Neo Geo being an arcade motherboard are not compatible with the Retrotink, since the Retrotink is for home video consoles. I have tried attenuating the signal with 75 Ohm resistors and 220uF capacitors, but the result is the same. What options would I have to try to adapt it?

You should look into consolizing your MVS. Here's a PCB that is ready to order, although you'd have to order the SMD parts as well:
