Hello, long time lurker here since the initial release of SLG 3000!
Was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to grab the latest firmware for Extron SW4 HD 4K? It's a 4 way HDMI switcher that I got it for cheap on ebay.
Product link below. I believe the latest firmware is 2.12.0006. I thought this would be able to auto switch but it isn't. Was hoping the latest firmware would fix that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Updating the firmware won't get you auto switching though. Do you see the blue phoenix/block/captive screw connector on the back labeled auto? You need to bridge those two. Extron shows them here: https://www.extron.com/product/captivescrewconnrep
The manual also tells you how to do this.
But you can find make your own or buy a cheap one for a couple of bucks on ebay.

Thank you! Did exactly what you wrote and was able to get auto-switch! The most difficult part was to find a spare coax cable to strip out a copper wire to bridge the two.fernan1234 wrote:Updating the firmware won't get you auto switching though. Glad to know you got it working! To bridge them you can also use block jumpers, just cut out two poles if they have more than 2. Or buy some like these which is what I used: https://www.ebay.com/itm/222440736704lilpetamoix wrote:Thank you! Did exactly what you wrote and was able to get auto-switch!
