Modding D.C sticks for Supergun

Hi all,

I have a Sigma AV5000 Japanese Supergun System that takes NEO GEO pads and sticks as standard, i want to get Dreamcast sticks modded to work on the system!!! I have no knowledge or skills to do such a thing, can any of you guys out there help?
