14L5 Whole Screen Discolored, Left Side One Color Right Diff

I just bought a fixer upper monitor a 14L5 and the issue it has is the screen is totally discolored as one can see in the photo. I was told the yolk possibly needs adjusting and I was wondering how I would do that? Or maybe it could be a different problem?
